GARMENT SELECTION
100% Combed Cotton garments print best
with Direct to Garment Printing.
The best material for DTG printing is Cotton. For the best results go for 100% Combed Cotton, but if you prefer mix of confort dont go below 80% cotton. The cotton gives a good surface for the print to adherew to and will ensure the print quality on your garment will be impressive and durable.
PRINTING
DTG printing is the process of printing images
directly onto fabrics and garments.
It employs the use of industrial inkjet technology to print your desired image onto the garment. It’s useful to imagine it as a giant inkjet printer, but instead of papers and documents, Pretreatment is required for darker colour garments so white underbase can be printed to give bright colours.
CURING
Heat or UV curing process is used to dry and
permanently affix the printed ink to the garment.
After printing, your garment goes through either a industrial heat press or tunnel dryer or UV curing process to dry and permanently affix the printed ink to your shirt.

01No colour limits
Photo Quality Printing
We can print any design that you desire with no limits on colour! You can have one or one thousand colours in your image for one solid price!
We use the two-pass method white printing garments for making vibrant prints that last. But due to waterbase inks, solid colours may not look as solid as screen printing or vinyl transfers.
02Vibrant Prints on Light or
Dark Colour Garments
03Prints Don't Crack
or Peel
Our water-based Epson Ultra Chrome inks give a soft finish, resulting in prints that don't crack or peel
Because the prints are printed directly onto the fabric, they can stretch any way that the fabric stretches
04Prints are stretchable
05No Minimum Orders
This is perfect for small orders and orders fewer than 50, but whether it's one or one hundred; DTG printing can handle them both.
FEW DISADVANTAGES OF DTG PRINTING
- Not ideal for printing on textured or coarse fabrics
- Does not have the ability to align exactly with the Pantone Matching System
- Appearance of colours on final prints will be affected by the colour of the fabric
- Costs more for large-scale or bulk orders than screen printing
- Prints more slowly than screen printing, so large orders also take longer
- DTG prints are less durable in terms of everyday or heavy wear
SOME COLOURS CAN LOOK DIFFRENT IN REAL LIFE
There aren't many things our incredible DTG process cannot achieve! However, when choosing the colors for your artwork, it’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. Because of this, we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%.
Our printers will convert your submitted print file from RGB to CMYK color space. This color conversion process changes the color gamut, or range of colors that can be expressed. You must be very cautious when using bright neon and pastel RGB values in your print files. Some examples include hot pinks, lime greens, construction orange, highlighter yellow, easter egg shades, etc. You should also consider other factors like fabric material, garment color, and whether your print will require a white under base layer when choosing colors.
If color accuracy is important to you, we suggest ordering our pre-made color swatches on a sample product. You can use those swatches to decide which RGB values best compare to the desired results when printed on a physical product.
