Delivery
How long will my order take?
Our normal production time is about 10 working days, but if you need to put a rush on your delivery, you can get the 5 working day-rush production or the 24 hr VIP option. Our cut off time is 9 am so that we can begin to work on your rush order on that same day.
There’s more – you have to get your order, right? If you’re within a reasonable distance or you live locally, you can always come into our store and pick up your order. But what if Sydney isn’t your home? Don’t worry – we have express shipping options that you can choose from. Total shipping will depend on where you are located, of course. The time from order time to doorstep can be broken down as [Production Time] + [Shipping Method] = [estimated delivery time]. The cart calculates an estimate of your delivery time for you, which is shown during step 2 of the checkout process, the shipping step. This estimated time is the longest possible time that we think your order may take to arrive; it can definitely be less. But note – please allow a little extra time if you’re from a rural area.
Usually, we need to order from a specific supplier since we offer such a wide selection of products. That may add more time to the delivery process, so sometimes there are delays that are out of our control. If this happens, we’ll let you know immediately.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Once you have finalized your order, you won’t be allowed to edit or change anything, but if you really need it, we’ll be happy to make any changes for you. Any changes to delivery details should be requested as soon as possible in order to allow for changes and any costly re-delivery of your order.
Do i have to pay postage for each item I buy?
Of course not! Isn’t that outrageous? If you don’t need rush shipping, we have a flat rate for postage – regardless of how many garments you buy.
How will I know that my order has been sent?
Your order will be marked as ‘processing’ until it’s ready to be shipped. At the exact minute that we ship your order, you’ll receive an email from us telling you so.
What do I do if I haven't received my order?
If more than seven days have passed since your order was checked out, please contact us by calling, sending an email or sending a message via the site itself! Just tell us the order number and we’ll track down your order.
Do I need to be at home when my order is delivered?
If you’re not home when the package is delivered, the mailman will deposit a card into your letterbox. Based on what method of delivery was used, your order will be found at the nearest post office, you can call the courier to make arrangements for them to deliver it again, you can allow the courier to leave your order for you without signing for it or you can choose to go yourself to collect the package from a nearby depot. It’s important to note that arrangements for re-deliveries are done at the total discretion of the courier company, and not us.
Can you deliver to a post office box?
Sure you can! You can do this, but it has the chance to limit your delivery service options. You can check the shipping info for more details.
Can I pick my order up?
But of course! If you’re in the Sydney area and you need your order ASAP, or just prefer to come get it, you can always come down to the store to pick it up. Our address is 2/2 Parsonage Road, Castle Hill, NSW 2154. If you’re going with the in-store pickup, just select ‘pick up’ at the check-out.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?
Sure thing. All rates for delivery to places outside of Australia will be calculated and shown to you at check out. All prices seen are in $AUD. You can check the shipping information for more details on this.
