Online Ordering and Services
I’d like to order some personalized printed t-shirts. What options do I have?
You have a few options. You can design everything on your own, you can choose one of our own templates or you can go for a mix of the two.
Option 1: Create your own design or logo. You choose the type, colour and size of t-shirt and then go on to upload your created design or logo that you want printed using the online Designer. Your images can be linked from your Facebook or Instagram page, or simply uploaded from your computer as a saved file. It’s extremely important that you position the design image as recommended within the areas shown. At this point, you’re free to add text or other special effects to enhance the design. Finally, add the finished design to your cart.
Option 2: Get creative with our templates. Choose the type, colour and size of t-shirt you want, then go on and browse our thousands of image templates available in our design library. You can use the online Designer to tweak text, colours, shades and image placement to your liking! When you’re satisfied, add the finished image to the cart
Option 3: Use one of the professionally designed templates. On our site, we give you access to thousands of professionally designed templates for special events, special days or holidays. We even have a great range of fashion designs you can customize to create your perfect design image. To browse through the design templates, choose a t-shirt and click “Create My Design then click ‘Add Art.’ You can also browse the templates at any time by clicking the ‘Design Ideas’ heading located at the top of every page.
Option 4: Leave the whole thing to us. If you want a personalized design that isn’t in our image library, we can help. Feel free to use the ‘request a quote’ form to tell us exactly what you need. We’ll use our expertise to turn your vision into an amazing t-shirt.
Can I only order online?
Of course not! Online ordering is only one way of requesting our services, but we just love taking special orders online! The online shop is perfect for diehard online shoppers who browse online stores at all hours of the day or night, and it’s the most convenient way of placing an order – time and choices are flexible! But if you have a large order to make or simply don’t like making orders online, you have the option of walking into our showroom, calling 1300 00 000, or sending an email. We’ll get everything started for you!
What other services are there that I can order?
We provide a few other services that you can request a quote for or request at check-out:
· tagless t-shirts (labels are printed inside of the back collar)
· individual poly bagging for sale purposes
· individual folding on volume orders

Can you help me in setting up my own online t-shirt store?
Of course we can! Garment Printing can assist you in setting up your web store- for free! Whether you’re a designer, artist, illustrator, photographer or anyone who just wants to create a t-shirt store online, we can help. There are absolutely no set-up costs or subscription fees, and definitely none of the hassle of selling and shipping your products.
Do you offer discounts to charities or help with fund-raising?
Yes. Garment Printing’s system has a fund-raising campaign feature that’s 100% free. You can use it to help you raise funds for a project, charity or even a charity event of your choice. There are no up-front fees and no stock that you need to buy. All you have to do is show off your campaign site, and we’ll do all the rest!
Can I order multiple t-shirt designs at once?
After you are finished with your first design and have added it to your cart, select ‘Design Another’ to start a whole new project. When you operate on our site while logged in, you have the option of saving your designs to use again on other products.
How can I order my design on multiple garment types?
You’re only allowed to personalize one garment at a time via the online Designer when you follow steps 1-4. If you want to add more pieces with the same design, you should repeat steps 5-8. When you’re all done, you can go ahead to checkout and finalize the order.
Is it possible to make changes to the order after I check out?
Sure! Our system allows you to make any desired changes for up to one hour after you check out. After that time period, you can call 0402 054 086 or simply log into your online account and select ‘Send Message/ Ask Question’ to let us know of any changes you want made. It’s imperative that you do this as soon as possible, though, because once we begin producing your order, we won’t be able to make any changes to it.
How do I go about checking the progress of my order?
Log into your account and click on ‘My Account’ located to the top right hand corner of your screen. You will see your order status, which will be one of the following:
· AWAITING PROCESSING: the details of the order, such as art approval, haven’t been finalized
· IN PRODUCTION: all order details have been finalized and your order is currently being made
· SHIPPED: your order has been completed and has been shipped. By now, you should have received an email with your order’s tracking info.
Approximate delivery dates can be seen by clicking on your order, and the shipping date can be seen in the upper right hand corner of the order summary. You can also send us a query about the progress of your order by selecting the order and clicking ‘Add Note/ Ask Question’ that can be found in the upper right corner.
Is it possible for me to find out about the progress of my order on Facebook?
Facebook and other social media is great for sharing photos and opinions about personalized printing. We just love getting questions from you there! However, social media may not be the best way for you to get through to us with your concerns or queries about order progress. It’s best to call us at 0402 054 086, email us directly or message us from your account for a quicker response.
What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
We always try to avoid problems by thoroughly inspecting every garment for any variations or defects, but at times, we can miss a few issues. If you’re sent a garment you’re not all the way satisfied with, feel free to inform us so that we can quickly fix whatever problem it is. You can report these issues by calling us at 0402 054 086, emailing us or sending us a message on the site.
Can I return any items in my order?
You’re totally free to return any item that has a large defect – whether by manufacturing or print. You can also return or exchange garments that were purchased blank (with no prints on them) once they have not been washed or worn, are free of any stains or makeup, and are in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, personalized printed garments can’t be exchanged or returned simply because you have changed your mind about design or style, or have mistakenly ordered a wrong size or colour. Because of this, we suggest that you double check your order details before you finalize your order and check out. You can see our policy on returns here.
Can I cancel my order?
Sure – once you’ve made sure that it hasn’t yet been printed! If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as you can by calling 1300 228 080. If your order has already been sent for production, you won’t be able to cancel it, and this might happen as early as one hour after you check out your order, so don’t waste time! Can I re-order a design that I've had printed before?
Of course. Your designs will be in our system as long as you previously saved it by clicking ‘Save Layout’ when you used the online Designer. You can use either of these two options to order a saved design again:
1. Convert SAVED LAYOUT:
· click on ‘My Account,’
· select ‘Saved Layouts,’ then feel free to edit the layout that you desire,
· the online Designer will be launched. You can edit any aspect of art, product, quantity and size as it suits your needs, and then
· ADD TO CART and CHECKOUT.
2. Use PREVIOUS ORDER and ADD NOTE/ASK QUESTION:
· click on ‘My Account,’
· select ‘Purchases,’ then ‘View Order,’
· follow-up with ‘Add Note/Ask Question’
· send us the details of what you need done, such as
i. changes to the product, artwork, sizes, etc.
ii. shipping address
iii. shipping method
iv. purchase order (if needed)
v. required ship date
· you will be able to see your note at any time in the Order History,
· we will proceed to send you an order confirmation concerning your message, which you are to approve
What do I do if my order is very urgent?
Don’t worry! Firstly, make sure to choose one of our 24-hour garments. These can be recognized by the 24hr icon – they’re always in stock and can be produced immediately! Secondly, ’24 hour VIP Rush Production’ allows your garment/s to be shipped to you as fast as possible. This can be found under ‘Rush Order Options’ on the shipping page. When you choose from either express shipping metro or express shipping other areas, the approximate delivery time will be calculated for you. You should note that the total delivery time includes both the shipping time and the production time for the garment. If you want express delivery on a garment that isn’t a 24hr garment, call us or email us so that we can negotiate for your deadline to be met.
