Printing
What is digital printing?
Digital printing can be described as any electronic printing method. It’s similar to using an inkjet printer. Once it has been cured, digital images are durable, but they need a bit more care when it comes to washing, and they aren’t as durable as the screen printing technique. However, it’s a lot easier to process, and is ideal for small offers and detailed, multi-colour images. This process is only done on 100% cotton.
What is screen printing?
With screen printing, ink is applied to the garment via stencil, one colour at a time. When it has been cured, the ink lasts well and is washable. However, the process of screen printing requires set-up and clean-up processes, so it’s better for bulkier orders with designs of few or single colours. The process can be done on a wide selection of materials and garments.
What are the advantages of digital printing?
With digital printing, there are barely any setup costs and production is done quickly. If you have an urgent order, digital printing is the best bet. It’s also perfect for small runs and intricate, complex designs that have many colours and details.

We get it. You want to make sure that your 100% sure of what you’re getting before you commit to it. We can send you a blank sample within a week’s time for you to be sure that the fabric is to your liking. Samples already printed with your design are sent automatically for orders of more than 250 as part of the approval process. For orders that aren’t qualified for the automatic sample, you can still get one for a non-refundable fee, based on which design and garment you’ve ordered.
